When you submitting a message in our system you need to mention periodicity for getting emails from MySoulMessage(for example once every 3 months or once a year) asking you to confirm by clicking the button. If we don’t get confirmation from you we try again after a week. After 3 trials if you don’t confirm the email our regional representative starts checking with your friends to be sure that it is not a mistake. After being 100 % sure the message will be sent to specified addresses.
Yes, your message can be edited and your uploaded video message can be changed as well whenever you want even after payment confirmation. We fully understand that your message content can be changed within time, so it is not logical to pay every time you have something to add. So no need to worry whatever you want can always be edited in the message.
No all our message types are for one time payment. For each email you are submitting you are paying just once and forever your message is being kept till the day we dont hear back from you.
